I have been going here for 15 years. And if I would have wrote this a year ago it would have been a amazing review. However I will never come back here again! I drove 45 minutes out of my way just to come here when my diamond fell out of my ring. I trusted them. He put the diamond in and said I had loose prongs on ring. So he "fixed" it. He said he checked the rest and they were good. I paid a ton of money and trusted them that all was good! Recently my engagement ring broke off of my wedding band. They were soddered together 15 years ago from here. When I went to a different jewelry place close to me to get it priced to fix it, I was told that all the prones were either barely on or not at all. The same ones that "Marquis" said were good 6 months ago. The new jewelery couldn't believe it. She even showed me so I could see. Not only that but my wedding band was terrible too! I literally started crying. I had paid so much to get it "fixed" just to get lied to. This new place is doing a lot of work for free because they feel bad for me. The entire ring needs to be redone. So sad that I have to write this bad review but others need to know. Make sure what your paying for is actually being done. Also, when they put a diamond back into my husband's ring, they checked the other prongs and said they were good. 2 months blater he lost another diamond. My fiancé and I stopped in one weekend to look at rings because many people we trust recommended them. We had never seen the ring I really had my heart set on in a store. Diane greeted us and within 20 minutes had all my details and helped us design my dream engagement ring. She was absolutely fabulous, I was completely wowed by the ease and wonderful service. And, follow-up service was Awesome for us. My wedding ring (male's) had a tiny diamond stud in it that fell or got knocked out after about a year and a half later. Brought it back, replaced, no questions asked. (*granted, it was just about the tiniest diamond you could ever imagine - much less than even $100 -... But still, it was the service that amazed me).
