Rally House Chesterfield Commons — Local services in Chesterfield

I was in the Ballwin, Missouri store to purchase some new Mizzou wear for my grandkids. The staff at the store while I was shopping was very helpful! They even called another local store to have them hold a top for my granddaughter as they didn’t have her size. After spending over $150 on 3 kids Mizzou tops at that store, I headed to the Chesterfield store to purchase the item they were holding for me. When I got home I looked at the receipt and noticed they had charged me almost $10 more for my grandsons 1/4 zip I got him. I called the store and the new staff at the time told me there was nothing that they could do as i was charged what the 1/4 was supposed to be. The tag said $49.99 and I was charged $57.99. It was for a 5 yr. old so yes, I was going to complain!! The girl at the store told me to call customer service and I did. They texted me right away and I preceded to explain what happened. They dropped the ball and I have not heard back from them at all about the situation. I was headed to Dayton Ohio early the next morning so couldn’t go back the store until I get back in which I will bring up the receipt and tag. I plan on giving my grandson the1/4 zip shirt because I got all 4 a Mizzou top and am not going to not give the 5 year old his. Hopefully the store will credit me the difference...

The staff at Rally house in Chesterfield Valley are first rate. They greeted me when I came in and asked what I was looking for. That was great because I was buying baby clothes and they brought me right to area. I picked up some Blues clothes and St. Louis soccer clothes too! When I was ringing out, I asked if they had gift bags. The salesman was so helpful. He stuffed the bags with the colors of the team and I was all set to go to the party. The associate greeted me when I walked into the store as well as all other customers. He was friendly and helpful, carefully wrapped the little shot glass I purchased and directing me to the merchandise I was interested in purchasing. The store has a wide selection of interesting sports merchandise. I was particularly interested in a STL Blues' hat and I found more at Rally house than on the internet. Love the Tommy Bahamma STL Cardinal's shirts....
