I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Michael Herr and I will never regret that decision. I searched all around the big jewelry chains in St. Louis once I decided to buy an engagement ring. None of them gave me the time of day and great customer service I received with Michael. Michael spent time going through all of his diamonds and bands to find exactly what I was looking for in my budget and did not try to pressure me to commit to the sale. This was not the case in any of the other stores I visited. Michael understood that this is a big decision and went through his rings with passion. All the other places did not really give me the attention because they knew I was doing my homework and they were not getting the get the sale that day. On October 3rd, I had the privilege to propose to the girl of my dreams. Michael Herr played a significant role in doing so. I was referred here by one of my closest friends who recently got engaged. All I can say is that this place made me feel like family. I didn't think of just a customer as I felt at other jewelry stores.

Michael and the rest of the staff made me and my special day feel even greater importance. Since my engagement now fiancée cannot stop admiring her custom ring. To say she is proud to wear this ring would be an understatement. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with than the Michael Herr team.

I could not recommend Michael Herr more! I got engaged on 12/23/16 then my fiancé let me know that at 9am the next day (Saturday, Christmas Eve morning) we were going to see Michael personally to get my ring sized. We showed up and were greeted with congratulatory hugs and celebratory mimosas! Talk about feeling like a princess! We waited about 20-30 minutes while they sized my ring.
