Supplement Superstore — Local services in Chesterfield

Excellent customer service, hard to see it anywhere else. They better be paid well and keep them. The products I have used so far are great and do what they tell you.

I have a lot of positive things to say and one comment (not so negative). I always recommend this store (Chesterfield) to everyone here is why:

Positive😊 The store is very clean and the products are well organized and displayed. Staff are respectful and greet you with a big smile then hand you a bottle of water. My guy, Aland Darwish is very knowledgeable of the products, their ingredients, and how they affect your body. You get their full attention and all the time you need to find a product that you feel comfortable putting into your body. After spending time and effort with you, they will not give you the Look if you don’t buy any product. They will say goodbye with the same smile they greeted you with.

Comment😞 The products are pricy, however, they work great. I have one comment/recommendation, it's about the bags they use. I guess for the pricy products they sell, it will serve the brand a better marketing look and gives the customer a sense of uniqueness if they put the products you buy from them in their specific bags that looks somehow pricy like their products. You will spend $100+ for a couple of products then they put it in a cheap gas station kinda bag. Make 1 PHORM bags that reflects your products’...

By far the Chesterfield location is my favorite. Every time I go in there, the staff is welcoming and they actually make you feel like a person and not just a customer. I recently went in to purchase more of my protein, and I was greeted by Ian. We talked about the 1st phorm protein that I was purchasing and he gave me some ideas on how to use it in other ways besides smoothies, shakes, and overnight oats. I told him that I have been in nursing school the past year and I fell off my usual routine, but that I am now back into it. Ian was encouraging and told me to keep in contact with my progress. He was attentive in the sense of letting me know that I could always come in and ask questions or even get a meal plan set up. These guys REALLY know what they are talking about. Something that I always appreciate about them at this location, is that every time I go in they will give me recommendations for my next visit and send me home with a sample of something that I would be interested in purchasing next time. They truly care about the people that walk through their doors, and that's why I love coming to this location. They even send thank you cards to customers about their experiences with them, and make it personal. I got one a few weeks back from Steven, who also was amazing with helping me when I came in. I went to the Supplement Superstore Chesterfield location after doing some shopping bc I was in need of a post work out formula. I’ve been using Aldi brand protein power and it was time to take it up a notch. Cheap and convenient wasn’t getting me the results I’d like. So, I had the pleasure of meeting Landon that day! I explained to him my goals and my course of action. I exercise moderately and eat fairly healthy but I really was looking for some direction. I feel like I’ve been doing the same thing for years and not getting the results I want. He asked if he could help me with my action plan and it was a huge relief for me. Landon is very knowledgeable about nutrition and all the products. Best of all, he was excited for me and confident in the plan we had put together. Said if I had any questions, or if we need to tweak the plan to reach out any time! Oh! And I also love that they have the InBody scale in the store that measures your body fat mass, muscle mass, BMI, weight etc. It will be cool to follow up and see my improvement!
