I'm a regular shopper at this location and tonight needed to return candles over $50 because their scent made me nauseous. I even tried them twice to be sure. The young lady and her senior at the register refused the return, with the senior becoming sarcastic, she emphasized their minimum wage status and dismissed my concerns. The younger employee giggling and trying to cover her smile with her hand made me at a loss for words in disbelief. They both lacked insight into the humiliation the other person at the register endured.
The manager was called and treating me condescendingly, read me the print on the back of the receipt. Feeling embarrassed and upset, I left with my candles. Such ignorant and immature behavior from the staff ensures I won't return to this store.
I comprehend that difficult individuals may frequent their establishment; having spent over 10 years in customer service, I empathize. Both young ladies urgently require training in empathy and de-escalation. I hope the stores general manager would handle the situation...

I’ve been in here several times, needing assistance in one way or another (my daughter left a toy one time, they had no idea if they have lost and found). Every time, they’re not helpful in the least. This time when trying to get my order pick up, there was nobody around. So, I left to go pick up something else in a different section of the store and come back to see if anyone had come by at that point. Sure enough there was a girl there helping another person. And then another person. All the while I am standing there making eye contact with her. The one woman asks where the truff sauce is and the worker girl says she doesn’t know. I had just walked past it, so I knew exactly where it was and told the woman. How does somebody who works in the store not know where it is? After she finishes helping that lady I wait patiently as she walks right past me and leaves. I had to go hunt her down in the store to try to get her to serve me!! All for her to say...
Read moreAttempted to buy a piece of furniture from store that was on sale for 159.99, but was unable to do so as the manager told me that they did not have any extras in the back. I asked if they could order one for me and I could come back and pick it up? The manager told me that she was unable to do so. She told me I could order for myself online and send it to their store for free pickup. I pulled up their website and it told me the furniture was unable to be shipped to their store for free, and was now 199.99. I showed my screen to the manager to ask for assistance and she stated well that's weird it shows 106 available at our warehouse.... I asked well how do I get one of those? She stated, I don't know. I again asked if there was anything she could do, she said no. I asked her how they sell anything then--she said I don't know. Needless to say, extremely poor customer service.
