We shop here a lot. They have quality clothes with discounts and the coupons you get in the mail once in while cut off a percentage. I often find something at this store when I go in.
The only thing I find disappointing is the quality of the T-shirts. Like most all other brands and clothing stores the material they are now using is VERY SKIMPY INDEED! Catch your shirt on a sharp table edge and it is ruined. Plus they do not last as long as the thicker quality T-shirts most all companies used in the past. Get back to those thick sleeved and thick collard t-shirts made with the thicker tighter weaved threads. You know EXACTLY what we are talking about Kohl's.
One other problem issue that I have is the use of so much polyester in the clothing. A large percent of the people on this planet are extremely allergic to polyester. That percent seems to be getting larger every year that passes. A quick rough count puts it at over TEN_MILLION people in the United States alone. Even at small polyester content fractions these people can NOT even touch those clothes. Get back to 100% cotton Kohl's. At least in some fraction of your total line would be nice. The pennies you save using the polyester gives the clothes a cheap low grade plastic feel In My Opinion!

I went there shopping for dresses and skirts, had an armload, and was very disgusted when I saw that I was unable to try anything on. I asked to speak with the manager who suggested that I buy everything, go home to try them on, then come back to return what I didn't want. Who has the money to buy a bunch of items up front and the time to drive back and forth to make returns?! She went on to say it would be impossible to keep the dressing rooms clean. Here is an easy fix: limit how many people can go in and rotate staff for cleaning. The people who do not want to wait, have the option of buying everything at once and coming back to make returns. Read moreI went in to make an Amazon return, and do some Christmas shopping. While checking out, Ms Christine was just wonderful. She helped me gather all my gift cards and rewards. I was very appreciative of her help and her very sunny disposition. 10 min after leaving, I realized that I was an idiot and had left my phone in the cart...so I returned and she was very helpful in trying to locate my phone. She enlisted another employee and eventually we found it. I just want to say thank you to her and the other employee who went above and beyond to help an old lady locate her phone....
