Lol turn around now, unless you like your burrito/food served with a side of huge disappointment or not even served at all. I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt for a couple of years now and each time it’s been very inconsistent. I’d say 25% HIT 75% MISS. Here’s a list of flaws.
Sometimes they’re not open to in-person orders Sometimes they are closed WAY earlier than posted Sometimes you get a tiny itty bitty teensie weensie burrito (whether ordered online or in person) Sometimes not labeled so, who’s burrito is who’s? Sometimes don’t have ingredients like cheese or protein to chose from. Sometimes they don’t drain the beans Sometimes put WAY too much salsa where they hope you suffer Feels like a waste of money End up being sad and grieving for the food you wish you had
Here’s a list of some pros
It’s a chipotle? At least it’s sometimes open?
In all seriousness, this town could benefit from having a better more consistent chipotle, if only the staff cared a bit more. Which on one end I do understand, it’s chipotle, I know the employees aren’t enthused to work there, but on the other hand, some customers genuinely are having a bad day and a nice chipotle snackaroonie after coming home from their sh*tty job could really boost their mood. Anyways, hope you’re doing okay chipotle staff. And I hope one day I’ll be able to order a burrito here on a consistent basis and say wow, this place has been there for me through the worst of times and the best of times 🥲. For now, it’s a 1...
Read moreI want to start off by saying I love Chipotle however I honestly doubt I will ever go to this location ever again unless they do something about their crew! Upon arriving to this Chipotle and walking to the door a couple came out and told me there would be a wait and that they were not prepared to serve customers after just opening. I went in to see if this was the case and the young girl at the counter confirmed it however she was VERY rude about it and even said “unless you want to come back here and help you’ll have to wait or order online”. Ok so 1. she should not have given an attitude for it was completely unnecessary as I did not give her one and I was a paying customer and 2. they should be prepared to serve customers before unlocking the door. I took my business to Qdoba instead and found the couple there where they told me she had been extremely rude to them also. Qdoba had allot of customers where as chipotle had none. Having close to 8 years management experience and many years running my own business I can say that this is completely unacceptable. In a small town like this this kind of behavior and running a business in this way can and will break you very fast! This is not the first time I have been greeted with such horrible customer service at this location but will most likely be...
Read moreThis is the only chipotle we have, but it leaves a lot to be desired. They are constantly out of something, most of the times it’s one of the proteins, fajita, corn, and chips. It comes down to them not preparing enough, and is absolutely controlable. As a leader who runs restaurants and convenient store, this is something well within the control of the store manager. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I walked in a few days ago, and stood there at the front of the line. No one greeted or even acknowledged me, there were about 7 people working behind the counter with no sense of urgency. It took about 3-5mins before I was even acknowledged, and then there wasn’t even a hello or greeting just “what can I get for you?”.
This isn’t a one time thing either. I never get greeted there, they’re consistently out of something, the service is not friendly, but it’s the only option we have in Cheyenne. The manager needs some one on one training, I have yet to even be able to identify the leader. This should be easy to do, especially given that I’m a district manager, but I can’t identify shift leads, ASM, or SM at this location. Everyone seems to just be doing...
