My friend and I were initially very excited to visit Alexandra Marks to get permanent rings. We chose a 14k solid gold chain that looked beautiful, but after just one night, we realized it was cutting into our skin and causing discomfort. This was unexpected and disappointing, so we went back to the store the next day to ask for help.

After some back-and-forth communication, the manager stepped in and showed a genuine eagerness to resolve the issue. They ultimately offered us an exchange, allowing us to choose a more comfortable chain. The new chain has made a world of difference, and we’re now much happier with our permanent jewelry.

The staff here are super sweet and friendly, and I had a great experience the first time I came. I had gotten a silver permanent bracelet and charm, and it has lasted pretty well over these past months, almost a year now. However, my recent experience here was disappointing. I got a gold bracelet with a charm and after 2 weeks I noticed the part where they lasered / soldered the charm looks burnt and black. After contacting them to see if they can get this fixed they brushed it off saying it was normal...
