Let me start by saying I LOVE LV - but the customer service at this branch is appalling. The store manager, Nikki, HUNG UP on me. I don't recall being hung up on by ANYONE, let anyone someone in retail/customer service. It all started with a gift my husband bought me. I brought it back to the store to exchange it - the bag was BRAND NEW - sat in the box, never used. They told me there was a "gouge" at the bottom of the bag and they cannot exchange it. It can be repaired, but for a $300 cost that I have to pay. I called customer service - and for two weeks, I was ping-ponged back and forth by the staff at Nordstrom LV. I was told I would hear by a certain date; nada. It took repeated calls initiated by ME before I finally heard back from Nikki, the store manager, TWO WEEKS after this all started (and 5 calls later). She informed me, very snobbishly, without asking to hear my side of the story, that she has been briefed on the situation, and that if I want the bag repaired, I would have to pay - and that was the company's decision. I tried to argue with her, correcting some of the facts she got wrong, but she kept cutting me off, interrupting me. When I asked her to stop interrupting me, she accused me of shouting at her, and HUNG UP on me. I have called customer service again and escalated this to the next level. I will take this as high as I need to - until I see Nikki punished. I don't even get this level of service from a nameless store - I am shocked LV would let someone so rude and unprofessional represent their brand. Read moreThat was the worst experience in my life , they are a lot of another brands and another who were really so helpful and nice talking to me and explaining the things and showing the products I mean how they are supposed to do, that’s their job! But when we went inside , first of all all workers were just staying there and not helping at all, standing and talking to each other instead of helping, then lady came out she asked what we are looking for , cause I literally stayed there and stared at cardholders , cashier was nice and doing his job helping checking out to another customers , then the lady came out she asked what we want , I explained she brought that SUPER SUPER MEAN seller with red nails,who are probably getting paid about 20$ per hour she assisted with such a hate ! And she seemed like she OWNS THIS PLACE , the whole LV, she was giving me to see the cardholders with such an attitude of not welcoming me and wanting me to be there , I have felt the way like this before ! I literally wanted to buy there but I just left , they just lost their potential customer because of being so mean , she was like “ this cost 350$ “ and I’m like how about that one , she is like “ that is even more cause this is leather. She explained that they would be shipped to their store first and then AFTER they would forward them to my home. Received an email saying that my items had arrived at the store. Never received any notifications after that point. I tried not to be “that person” since it was the holiday shopping season & stores have been overwhelmed even though many are understaffed due to Covid. I waited and waited —-nothing! I drove the 45 mins from my home to the store, paid out of pocket for parking, went in just after opening attempting to get to the bottom of it. After some investigation was told that my items had been “fulfilled”. I never received them and my credit card has been charged. Was told they have to open a claim with UPS and will get back to me. Beware that if you shop and the item is not in stock, you may not receive your item.
