Creating my own line has taken quite some time. i was referred to niecele for manufacturing and when i went to meet with her i genuinely thought it was going to be a great fit.
i purchased two manufacturing packs for the sample, fabrics, embellishments, and tech packs for $1600.00. for guaranteed a 4 week turn around and told me it would be a pretty cut and dry process.
fast forward to me purchasing these and sending her the confirmation emails of payment on april first. i waited about 2 weeks after to text and see if there was any head way being made.i didnt get any approval options of a sample till may 26th. in te mean time i had reached out nearly every 2 weeks from april 1st* to now asking for updates. Mid june i tried to call her and say i was really upset i hadnt gotten any updates and its taken over 3 months to get anywhere. she told me i needed to stop being so specific about how i wanted my products because it was an INCONVIENENCE. like what?? she said i am making too many changes and if i stopped making it so complicated the samples wouldve been sent to me alreadty. I was so confused as when youre creating a line the whole purpose is to have your vision come out to life?? On June 30th i finally decided to pull the plug. It was the saddest day of my life as i felt my product line dreams dying. When i called to let her know she told me i couldnt cancel and all sales were final just had to wait for them at this point. Since the 30th i have reached out to get updates and not one message is going through. i keep getting not delivered messages. when i tried to call ... the line is disconnected.
sadly i have now called my bank to disputes the charges as i cannot get ahold of anyone at her store or the manufacturer.
dont do business with her. shes just looking to steal your money clearly. its so sad that i sat for 4 months watching my brand dreams come to a hault while she already had...
Read moreI tried buying a shirt over 6 months ago now. (Back before the store came to Michigan street.) This really nice shirt included alteration with the price. After going into the store multiple times to check on and adjust the fit (I was only called once throughout the whole process.) I never heard back from them. I paid for the shirt in full and never heard back. Niecele is really sweet, which is why this review isn't getting a one star, but the customer service is severely lacking in attentiveness.
Paid $90, got nothing.
**Update: Now I'm being offered store credit when it should be a refund, not to mention it's been over two years since this incident. (I tried to resolve for about a year before I left this review and this review is dated on google as being a year old.)...
Read moreI am flabbergasted and disheartened at the lack of professionalism of Neciele. My sister-in-law and I both had the same horrific experience. We had our dresses hemmed and taken in. However, upon pick up we realized that we couldn't wear our formal gowns because they were destroyed. The hem line was done on a diagonal and serger was used instead of being folded under and sewn. Furthermore, Neciele's behavior towards us was unfathomable.She kicked us out- never to return, called security and refused to take ownership of her mistake.
