I’ve followed this brand on social media for a while but despite living down the street, never stopped to shop.

On a beautiful summer day, I decided to make a morning of it, grab a coffee and check it out.

The store is bright and minimalistic which allows for a slow browsing experience. The sales staff was friendly but was happy to let me browse at my own speed. Once I had gathered my bearings, they were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I decided on 2 simple gold bands that were texturally different but complimented each other perfectly.

The Chicago team and their customer service is remarkable.
