I love going to Helen Ficalora; and it's always been a real treat to come here over the years and browse at all the lovely gold charms they carry here. Once in a while I indulge and pick out a mini charm ✨ for myself and my favorite is their animal charms. I'm extremely grateful 🙏 now that there's an installment payment option on their website and the store manager suggested I use that option so I could purchase a rose gold rabbit charm here at the store. I tried finding affirm on their website when I went to this location this past Wednesday but my card was denied on one of the apps because I've recently moved and the billing address wasn't in sync yet. I asked the manager here if she could please hold it and I'd attempt to make another online installment payment so she said she'd put it to the side for me. Fortunately the payment went through and I left messages on their customer service number letting them know I'd be picking up the bunny 🐰 charm the next day. Cherie called me from Washington state and assured me the bunny would be waiting. I returned and the other sales receptionist found the charm in the glass case and said it was lucky I left a message because that was actually the last rose gold rabbit 🐇 left! Staff was friendly enough but not very knowledgeable about jewelry in general apart from Helen ficalora's jewelry specifically. I was interested in looking at different wedding bands, and they didn't have traditional ones but had a few unique bands from their own line.
