I’m adjusting my previous 5-star review after taking time to process my experience. The biggest thing is I paid over 300 to dissolve filler and the same nodule remains in my skin. Ella comes across as bright, energetic, and knowledgeable—she really knows how to warm up a room. I also saw other reviews mentioning that she calls out things she notices, like gummy smiles, without provocation. So, if you go to her, be ready to hear the honest truth.

When she asked, “Can I be mean for a second?” I welcomed her opinion. However, some comments didn’t sit well with me later, like being surprised I had small ears and a remark about not comparing ourselves to certain beauty standards. While I redirected the conversation, comments like that can feel assumptive.

I got Botox for crow’s feet, 11 lines, and lower-face Botox. I didn’t notice much difference, even after a two-week follow-up for more Botox. Ella kept commenting, “Wow, you’re strong!”—maybe I am, or maybe it wasn’t as effective. I’d say lower face I do see some difference.

At the front desk, Anna was initially nice but seemed irritated when I asked about their skincare pricing, since the display showed a larger size than what was actually sold (.5 mL for $120). Denise, however, was very nice when I called back to fix a missed $20 application from their in store app.

I find it very funny that when you first go in for your appointment this technician offered me the world and anything I wanted she said she could make it happen but for my follow up she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and was very rude and her demeanor was completely different. I saw Britanny I think that was her name when I had my consultation with her I told her very specifically exactly what I wanted she assured me that she could make it happen. She messed up my lips my lips are really hard especially bottom one . There is a hard lump in my bottom lip, they feel hard as a rock and I had some wrinkles under my eyes . She assured me she could fix those wrinkles by using a filler and she assured me my lips will come out beautiful because she was “the expert there”. I paid a lot of money to get those things done and when I went back for my follow up she offered to dissolve my lips but I would have to pay again to have her fix them and as far as my under eye she lied to my face and said she never said the under eye filler would help. Also it’s very annoying every time you walk in there they push membership fee on you which is $100 and you get literally a few dollars off each treatment I could save that for six months and get a treatment done .
