I had a great experience today! Not having a Marcus store locally I shopped via face time with Winnie at the Chicago location. She was amazing, and helped me put together a beautiful sweater and two tops to go with it. I look forward to shopping with her again. I have to say though I had a store credit and you kept sending me emails about it and to respond to the email. I kept responding and no one got back to me. It was very disappointing and frustrating. If I had not taken the initiative to contact the Chicago store I would still be waiting. Very bad service and very disappointing!! There is a written statement about the owners, I don’t think they care at all about the company. Also my understanding is the website has not been updated and nothing on it is available. And what’s on it you can hardly tell what it is. Again very disappointing. And I’m sure no one will respond to this. Also poor selection...

horrible and not honorable. I was buying a gift for my mother in law and I was concerned to take something breakable on the plane. The sales associate assured me that it would be wrapped securely and that I had nothing to worry about. When my mother in law unwrapped the bubble wrap, the entire bottom of the bowl was broken. After many unreturned phone calls, the store refuses to replace this bowl or refund me. Beware...

Well there are lots of boutiques to choose from in the Gold Coast, MARCUS stands out thanks to the impressive selection of beautiful items and excellent, helpful service. Special call outs to the jewelry, hats and Becky the manager for all being uniquely awesome. Quality of items is also what you would expect from a Marcus Lemonis business, and they filmed a few episodes of THE PROFIT in the store...
