So far I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Razny’s, especially working with Kristy D. with looking through exploring different Rolex options as well as wedding bands with my fiancée and I while we’re wedding planning. She was able to go through a lot of different band options for us and give a lot of her own insights and that really helped me narrow down my own wedding band.
Kristy W. was also great when it came time for the pick up of my wedding band and I really enjoyed just chatting to her about some things I had on my mind. Super personable, just like Kristy D.!
To me it’s clear they take their attention to detail and focus on customer service to another level. As someone who isn’t super into the world of luxury goods, I also really appreciated the lack of any pretentiousness (which is something I’ve definitely felt with some other Rolex ADs/luxury watch brands I’ve been to). They made me feel right at home. Fingers crossed I can get off the Rolex explorer waitlist before my wedding day, but so far so good with my experience! Would recommend if you’re looking for any of the watches they’re an AD for or any jewelry. Big shoutout to the Kristys, too!
UPDATE: This re-review is a bit overdue, but after about 3 months on the waitlist I got the call that my explorer 36 had arrived! Kristy D. made my first luxury watch experience amazing. It was really nice to just chat with her while going through the pickup experience and I was so happy it arrived prior to my elopement! It made for some amazing elopement photos (attached a couple!) and I'm so excited to rock it during my more formal wedding ceremony with family next year! I definitely appreciate the team's transparency with some timelines on more sought after watches and tempering expectations without laughing me out the door. Read moreI was looking for a retirement gift for my wife, as the old tradition of giving a company watch for retirement is over and done with. I called around to several Rolex stores in Chicagoland and was told time and time again it was literally impossible to get the watch I wanted in time for her retirement party last week. Every store told me to come in and register, so I went to Orland Park to register. But no one took my order, they said they would call me later on. (really?) They told me to set my sights on Christmas... Finally, last Wednesday at 5:15 pm, I called Razny on Oak St. Robert answered, so I asked him if he had the timepiece I wanted in stock .To my surprise,he said he did and sent me a picute of it as "proof of life".!! (OMG) I told him I would be there at 11 am Thursday morning to purchase the piece. Robert was there wating for me and handled the transaction so well. As a sidebar, it seemed like Robert was training a new sales person that day. I must say Robert did an excellent job guiding his co-worker in the transaction process. After observing this salesperson for awhile, I feel he will be an excellent addition to the Razny team and will add long term value to the company. Please let this person know ( I believe his name is Stan) that he is really valued at Razny and has excellent customer relations management (CRM) skills! He is a "Keeper", as they say. Finally, since the watch was a last minute gift, I wasn't able to get the watch properly sized and fitted last week, so I called Paige in Hinsdale and she will be able to help us with this, since we live in the SW suburbs.
