Review Update 4 star: I was able to get on the phone w Miles, he went above and beyond to make sure that this was reordered and scheduled delivery for Thursday. I would do a 5 star but the fact that the company makes the executive decision to cancel an order with written communication bothers me. When you check the status online it still says "being processed" not canceled. WTH that's the least you can do is update my order status so I can get some sort of understanding. They flagged it bc the billing zip didn't match the delivery address, I understand but I have a traveling CEO and order gifts for people all over the world. Please take this into consideration.
