I was visiting Chicago from DFW, taking a walk after dinner, and came across your store. I’ve never even thought to look for a brick and mortar in Dallas ( I always buy online), so you can imagine my joy. I’m afraid I don’t have the names of the two lovely associates that assisted. First, a gentleman greeted us, and I upfront said, “ I’m not buying today but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to look around.” He told me no problem and to enjoy. I saw a pair of clogs I decided to try on and loved. Then it hit me, I might have the color already, so I go to pull up my orders, but a lovely young lady says, I can look that for you and yes, I’d purchased in a different color. Could I have purchased, yes, but it didn’t feel right. The young man, tells me to look around and points out a Beautiful leopard-print slide. I was in LOVE (with the shoe ;)! I bought the shoe. Now, to end this long-winded review… it’s my first time in Chicago and visiting your Lincoln Park store was a joy and added to an amazing day. They probably won’t remember me but telll them it was the two ladies taking a stroll after dinner at Armitage Alehouse. The people at this store are gracious, helpful, and patient. A truly amazing...
Read moreFirst time owner of a pair Rothy’s — after years of wanting a pair, I realized there was a location in Chicago so I decided to traveled 45 mins from the west suburbs to try on a park and get my size so later I could possibly purchase a pair off Poshmark. Radhika allowed me to try on any pair I wanted and KNEW based on each style if I needed to size up or down. She was friendly, patient, and realistic with the support she offered during my experience. Once it was all said and done I ended up purchasing the shoe I wanted and left feeling great about the experience as a whole. Will be back for sure and next time I’m bringing my mama bear with me to get her a pair as well ;)
Radhika — you’re so sweet! As a previous manager in retail and now being a HR professional, I can wholeheartedly say you’re an amazing asset to Rothy’s. Shopping on Saturdays can typically be a hassle and be a bit chaotic but with you, I was in great hand and given the grace to explore.

Read moreMy husband bought me a pair of Rothy’s for my birthday and they turned out to be a little too big for me. he went in today to do an exchange for a smaller size. It was still within the 30 day time frame and he had the receipt. The lady who rang him up told him she has to process it as a return and he would have to repurchase it. I’m very confused on that because clearly it says on the return policy that they take back returns and do EXCHANGES Within the 30 day time frame. So what if we didn’t have money In our account to do that? Because from what I understand an exchange means an even exchange, and you do not have to provide a debit card to repurchase the product… that was really annoying. . It makes me wonder if that got handled that way because my husband is Hispanic and looks it. Make your return and exchange policy make sense. Why did she make us repurchase the shoes?!! Very...
