This salon manages their Facebook site where they invite customers to schedule an appointment online. I used that functionality the week before my business trip.
While walking to the studio from my hotel for my appointment, I called for help locating them. The lady who answered the phone told me not to bother coming because they don't accept appointments via their Facebook site, didn't receive my appointment request, and have no availability.
I then informed her that her company manages their Facebook site which invites customers to use their online scheduling function, but she stuck to her guns that they don't.
I also checked my FB and app and saw the confirmation that they had sent my appointment request and shared that fact with her to correct her claim that they never received communication via FB, but she stood her ground.
At this point, I was about a 30-seconds walk from the salon, and offered, "how about I see you in a minute and we look at your next availability?" She declined that, too, saying she couldn't book me while there and I could only do so via their online booking (which didn't work for me the first time around).
How do they stay in business? No, I don't want to hear, "cause COVID" for this...

Read moreThe salon is located in the Nordstrom mall on the 3rd floor in the Phoenix salon suites. I had trouble finding it because it doesn’t say salon 1181 anywhere but was able to call to locate it. I arrived a little early and Zoe started my service right away. She knew exactly what I wanted without having to say much. She is very professional and friendly. She was not rushed and did a great job! I would come again.
