I have a real concern about the customer service at the Pandora store located on 533 N Michigan Ave, Chicago. I had received an email that my order would cancel 24 hours of the email, I work in surgery, and I called and asked for it to be held for pick up today 1/28/24, before closing and rather than apologizing and informing me that orders are cancelled overnight, she stated that there is nothing she could do, and it will be cancelled. Now, mind you, this store has always had bad customer service, but I decided to pick up my merchandise there due to the fact it is close to my employer. Customer service is an expectation when I go to any store it should not be for convenience. This purchase was made to me in remembrance of my pet who passed away on Tuesday and to see that there was no compassion for me made me very upset, but here lies the problem I had taken an Uber there, to get my order so it would not cancel and online on Google, it states that the store hours on Saturday is 9pm, I got there at 8:10 and the doors were locked. So once again I was inconvenienced and lost money with me paying for an Uber. I have been shopping with Pandora for quite a while and to be treated like this is so unacceptable.    Read moreThe Salesperson, Erika R. needs a promotion! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST and the SWEETEST person ever! She made my return process quick and simple. After my return, I asked to see some rings and she immediately showed me a huge selection of rings but what I liked the most was how attentive she was of my requests and she showed me the EXACT rings I asked for. đ„°
Just by looking at my hand she was able to see that my ring size is a 7 (for the fingers in which I want to wear the rings.) And she allowed me to try on all the rings I wanted and didnât make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. She even gave me a new catalog, a plastic bag to store my future rings, a little ring sizer kit to measure all my fingers, and answered all my questions and concerns in such a warm and welcoming way. â€ïž
If thatâs not enough she also showed me the newest charms that they have as well as the specific ones that I asked to see. I didnât buy anything because I am waiting for Black Friday but she was still EXTREMELY friendly, professional, and followed Covid guidelines by spraying down all the rings I tried on. Thanks to her, Erika R., I will be able to buy all the rings I wanted online without worrying about whether theyâre going to fit or not.

   Read moreI ordered 2 brand new charms online to pick up in the store and they sold me an old, dirty, discolored, scratched, clearly used charm, which was very noticeable next to the other charm which was a clean silver color. I did not open the box until I got home and I called the store back and was asking if I could come back and exchange it for a new one. They said yes, I asked them to double check for me because I live far away from the chicago location and did not want to waste my time. Then a different salesperson comes on the phone to tell me they donât have it anymore. And gave me no other option, she was very rude and dismissive. I wouldnât buy from this location again, if anybody does i recommend checking the jewelry before you leave the store. The Second Lady who spoke to me on the phone even had the audacity to ask me âwell did you look at the charms before you leftâ noâŠI ordered them brand new onlineâŠI wasnât expecting Pandora to give me an old used charm when I paid full priceâŠ.so this location needs to take a look at their employees and...
