Real fraud happened at the booking counter. I purchased the ticket at the booking counter at Chicago and when I went back for refund , they said that money has been refunded and gave me the receipt .But it never credited back in my credit card. I followed so much with the customer care and wrote email but nothing being done. First time I experienced this thing.i shared all the card details , time of Boat and every thing but they haven't done any thing. Better to purchase the tickets online only not through counter if there is any...

Its Okay. I expected much more thrill. Its just a normal boat ride but faster. The best part of the tour was sunset and the view of chicago skyline but that was spoiled because the host was standing in front of the boat blocking the entire view. Couldn't even get good pictures of the skyline because host was in the center of all images.

Suggestion: Host should stand and talk from behind the view or atleast move away when boat stops, so that people can...

We took an architecture boat tour with them Sept 24th. Grace was our docent. She was excellent and had a wealth of knowledge about the history of Chicago and the architecture of downtown. We had a great time and my husband shot many photos for our future memories. The boat also took us out into the harbor for a view of downtown Chicago. Both features on one ticket!
