NBC Tower — Local services in Chicago

My grandma and I are faithful watchers. Also, Family Feud. I have requested tickets for her and I multiple times, however because she is a senior and I help take care of her a man, they are definitely discriminatory because of this. I've sent multiple requests and each email says they will contact you within 2 weeks or to write them back. I have followed through each time however I get responses and my emails do not come. I wish they would just be honest with us. It's w shame because it break her heart being 92 and fully functional to not be able to go each time it comes on and she asks again and again, "why won't they let us go to the show to see my favorite TV guy?" I try to give her her some reason but I am starting to run out of responses and don't want to have to tell her the real truth that he or his producers just don't pick us because we "just don't fit -or good enough- fir his show" because that is all she will process it as.

We have sent requests for tickets to Ellen, The Chew and others of which we did receive tickets or at least options, but they are not located in Chicago for us to easily attend.

I work in the building so I have some bias towards it. The coffee in illy downstairs is amazing and at a decent price. Food options in the "cafeteria" are usually pretty good but can be a bit overpriced. Don't let them catch you stealing a fork without purchasing anything though, they'll threaten to make you pay for it next time. The staff for the building is very friendly and they keep the front walk free if ice and snow during the winter. Scandalous. Liars. Their court tv program is scripted and witnesses are led or coached what to say behind the scenes, but you don't get to know if you are the bad guy or not till it starts, though you know right away you've been lied to when the lights and cameras hit you as you are rushed on set. Also, they change payment and agreements for appearing when they chase you down and practically beg you with Convincing lies to appear for the n their show. Shameful.
