I know that Dr. Case reads these reviews so I am hoping that this finds it's way to her office. Could you please do me the great favor to let me know if you have blocked me from email and phone communication? After an unfortunate experience at your office (Nothing to do with treatment, it was billing only) I am interested in re-visiting treatment at your office. I like your staff and the energy you put out working together and I do think that you are indeed one of a kind when it comes to your knowledge and practice. I am ready to move on (2020 was a zero treatment year altogether) with healing and was looking elsewhere because of our last communications that I no longer wanted to hold on to, I just wanted to move past. I happen to be in receipt of a few emails from the UHI team inquiring about my health etc. I assumed it was probably taken off a list of previous clients and I didn't think much of it but further pursuit of treatment always has me coming back to your practice. I submitted all my paperwork for insurance and received confirmation that your office received the information. Unfortunately when I did a follow up email the address is no longer valid. Also your phone number to me is no longer valid. I believe Dr. Case I have just be ghosted? I'm old enough to accept this rejection without disappointment. I'm curious of the possibility that this is a new way of communication. Cancel culture. I'm slightly amused that this would be deliberate after receiving recent inquiries from your team as to my health.This seems to be the only way that I could get to the bottom of this mystery. Please reach out to me if there has truly been a misunderstand. If this is indeed what it appears then I wish for you and your team the best and we leave this review with 5 stars. ...

Dr. Case and her team are the absolute best healthcare providers I have ever encountered. More than a fountain of knowledge, Dr. Case is waterfalls upon waterfalls of knowledge, and she cares deeply about sharing that knowledge with her patients so that they may understand her treatment plan, understand their own bodies, and get back to the very best version of themselves as fast as possible. I have never met an other doctor like Dr. Case. She takes her time with every single one of her patients and makes sure they leave her practice feeling better than how they arrived. My massage therapist recommended I go to her after having gone to him with chronic lower back pain and other joint pains, and within a few weeks, the physical activities that once most aggravated my lower back pain (walking or running long distances, standing for more than 20 minutes) no longer caused any issues at all. I don’t believe I would have ever felt this good in my body, again, had it not been for Dr. Case. Furthermore, every single one of the massage therapists are absolute wizards—they are knowledgeable, personable, and marvelously skilled at their craft. They make an already great practice an EXCELLENT one. A special shout out to Mo and Mirko, who have helped me so, so much. And last but not least, there’s Braden, who is the most wonderful front-of-house person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Braden keeps the office running like a well-oiled machine. He is as invested in the well-being/recovery success of the patients as Dr. Case and the massage therapists, and he made figuring out insurance and payment a walk in the park, which even now I can hardly believe is possible. I am so grateful for this practice and everyone here! Thanks a million, Universal...

We've been coming to UHI for several years. My husband happened upon the cute, hand-painted sandwich board sign on his walk on a Sunday afternoon. Imagine that, a chiropractor who is open on the weekends!

He went in for an adjustment with Dr. Case and had a wonderful experience. I had been going to another chiropractor downtown repeatedly for months for an injury from falling and I, normally very active, still couldn't walk normally (this was my second downtown Chicago chiropractor!). Following my husband's recommendation, I went to see Dr. Case. Her very first adjustment had me walking 90% better! I was amazed!

Because of a lung surgery I had some weaknesses and was more easily injured, so I came regularly and Dr. Case's adjustments helped to build me back up. Fast forward a few years... I feel strong and I no longer have regular back pain. We're still coming in for tune-ups. My husband has referred many of his coworkers here, and they keep coming back.

Dr. Lazar is wonderful too. We have both had adjustments from him as well.

I love that UHI is a family run business. Braden is always friendly while running the front. It's a large space, but it has a homey feel with relaxing music and art. Dr. Case even prints out her inspirational wellness writing and poetry which patients can read and take home.

I feel grateful to have such a gifted healer for a chiropractor. She cares tremendously about her patients. With contagious positive energy and skill, Dr. Case goes above and beyond to help her patients in any way that she can. I can't recommend UHI highly...
