Fix in-store pickup and let your employees use common sense. While shopping in store my wife realized she had a 20% off promo to use but it came with the dreaded "on line order only" caveat. Of course they can't honor it in store. Fine, we'll leave, place the order and continue shopping elsewhere. This was 5pm. The order wasn't ready for p/u until the next day and had to be re-picked anyway since some of the items varied and the store uses discretion when pulling them. How is it a product use of anyone's time to make your customers jump through so many hoops. Why, in 2023, do we still treat online customers and in store customers like they're not the same people's? I would argue that this process doubled or tripled the amount of time we had to spend with employees to do simple, basic stuff. Here's my message to corporate... Let your employees use...
Read moreWhat a great experience here!! I went into the store to use a coupon, but found that they only had one of the item I wanted to purchase in store, and it had some slight damage. I was directed to speak with Gloria, a wonderful employee, who proceeded to go above and beyond to help me get my item and get the discount. She spent time on the phone with customer service on my behalf, figuring out how I could purchase a replacement item through the website while still having my in-store coupon honored and eventually was able to help me got an even better deal than I anticipated. She did all of this on an extremely busy day in the middle of the holiday season, and meanwhile her co-workers around her we're handing out truffles to the people who were waiting in line to check out. Read moreSo grateful for this location! Unfortunately I ordered some chairs online and one of them came damaged so I needed to return it and get a new one. There was some confusion at the register at first but my saving grace Johnny helped us figure it all out. I then had my new chairs shipped to the store where the individual who was helping me (I’m sorry I can’t remember the name!!!!) was so kind and patient with me as I opened the package to make sure it wasn’t damaged. Anyways, long story short the employees are this store are awesome and I hope someone from corporate reads this and give you all a Christmas bonus!!!
