I first noticed no carts asked for one told to go outside and get one myself. I should have left at this point . I went shopping only two registers and long I mean long lines . I finally got to the total and gave the assistant manager shawn my coupons he studied them all . The next isle was having problems only the two of them waited another 10 minutes to get him back to my line only to be questioned about every one of my coupons . I guess he doesn't remember what he rung up . I told him I had that but he had to look . This goes on for like 30 minutes oh my . The lines getting longer. If i had a coupon that did not match exactly he did not waver from his persecution of me . I would have him take the product off and a heavy sigh every time I asked him to do this . I will never never never never never even if this is the last store on this earth iI would rather grow my food and starve before I shop at this Homeland again . The store is dirty and unorganized which i thinks reflects the management .I felt dirty in this store .I have been in a lot of stores and this one takes the cake. back to norman Oklahoma where i love to shop never again .I will drive and extra 25 miles...
Read moreI understand the Festival of Lights affects parking at your place of business. I drove around looking for a place to park so I could come in and shop, not once, twice but 3 different ocassions and wound up taking my business elsewhere. ALSO I have been trying to call the store for over 30 minutes. I have tried 5 times now and it ring and rings...No answer. Yes I'm using the number posted on this site. Once again there is NO excuse....if your too busy to answer phones, then reevaluate your staffing please. Until things change I will take my...
Read moreTonight I was shopping for valentines flowers for my mother in law, and as I was looking, one of the managers stops me and asks if I’d like to see what she has in the back, there is some stuff not even displayed yet. I happily say yes and follow her. I proceed to tell her I am shopping for my mother in law and we get on the subject of what she likes. I mention lady bugs and she lights up and tells me she has just the thing. She proceeds to assemble a whole arrangement in a lady bug mug and lady bug pick. It took maybe 10 minutes, and it brought the biggest smile to my face knowing this was a personalized gift. I thanked her exclusively and told her she truly was going to make one lady’s day! This manager did not have to do this, but she did and I’m so grateful! Thank you to small towns and for the people who run this store! Kerri, you...
