Subway — Restaurant in Chicopee

When I go to Subway I'm always getting the wrap now .I am absolutely in love with the wraps. The one that I love the most is the turkey guacamole and bacon on a tomato basil wrap . I always get it heated with the shredded cheese ,spinach ,lettuce, tomato ,black olives ,green peppers and a little salt and pepper I have to say this sandwich or wrap with plain potato chips is absolutely delicious and usually big enough that you can eat half today and half tomorrow. Really the amount of turkey guacamole and bacon that they put on this wrap is just ridiculous but so justifiably so . Wouldn't change a thing about it. If you're going to eat half to and half tomorrow make sure you don't put tomatoes on it . That seems to make it mushy, doesn't hold as well but without tomatoes on it .It will absolutely be the same on the next day as it was your first day .Just delicious it is my new go-to sandwich ....

Ordered on the App. Gave me a pickup time about 25 minutes later. Right about the time I was supposed to pickup, I got the notification that my sandwich was ready, but nothing was on the pickup rack when I entered the store. The only person working started preparing 2 customers sandwiches. When he finally turned to me and I asked for my sandwich, he said he hadn't even started it yet. Why say it's ready then? I sat there for 10 minutes when you could have just not marked it as ready. The App is supposed to make life easier, but I would have had my sub sooner if I walked in...

Worst experience at an eatery ever. Between the sandwich makers extremely rude attitude and overall unprofessional appearance (take out your nose ring and put a hair net on) and not having a restroom for paying customers the owner should probably redesign the inside for paying customers to be able to wash their hands and fire the staff and start "fresh". If I could give this place no stars I would. If I hadn't already paid for my sandwich i would've told them to stop and walked out....
