Knowledgeable staff and super friendly. This is only my second visit, but let me tell you. The first time I went was about a year ago, picked up a Mig Vapor atty for the green stuff.... I thought they were pricy on their juice and went back to my regular vape shop. I had the chance to meet the owner and we made small talk super friendly and pointed me to the right place. I signed up for their rewards program and they would send me occasionally promos etc which is nice. I recently got into squonking and needed to pick up some prebuilt coils and the only place I could think of was here. Went there today and looked for the owner, he was not there, there were two staff members there, and thought to myself, great the owner is not here, I'm probably going to get not so great customer service. I was WRONG. They stopped their chatting and was greeted right away, I told him I was looking for and he helped me pick out the right coils. We shopped ejuice which is the same price as my reg vape shop if you buy the bigger ones, which I go thru juice so it's not a bad thing. Read moreI was recommended to go to Jim Buddy's and I kept putting it off. Yesterday I finally went to get something particular I was looking for. I was not happy with the service at all. I was talking to the budtender about something and he completely ignored me. While cashing me out he was looking everywhere else but looking at what we were doing I just felt very awkward. Also I spent $51.50 on an eighth because I had to use my debit card and the flower was complete trash! I literally smoked a gram and gave the rest of it away because it had a horrible taste and smell and to be completely honest I didn't even feel like I got high! Shop at your own risk.. This is why I stick to my four favorite dispensaries and don't shop around cuz you end up wasting money on garbage. To be honest if the customer service was there I probably wouldn't have been that upset about the flower.. You guys have to remember it's us customers that keep your business alive so try to treat us with some kind of common courtesy...
Read moreWent in to buy a few things for my Puffco. Left with a travel accessory pack and a new 3dxl chamber. Accessory pack was outdated and for the wrong model, had to return it... The 3dxl chamber worked fine for a solid 4 days then my Puffco and app kept giving me chamber warnings. I tried cleaning and soaking it before going back to no success. Upon returning to the shop to see if theres any way he could help with a defective product, the employees response was "You killed it already?!" with a smirk. I asked for an exchange for a used chamber he had laying around, which he immediately denied because Puffco wouldnt warranty something he sold...
