If you want to have no customer service hospitality or positive, helpful interactions, this is a great choice for you! The store STAYS short staffed, meaning I had to load up all 4 of the rather large major appliances I leased with them, and upon my moving out of state, they were booking out for almost a month and a half for them to pick up the items for return. Mind you, this specific location is only 25-30 minutes from my home. And its not just the timing of the holidays and busier time of year; this has been ongoing since earlier October. This company is a poor choice for your purchasing options. Their business is setup to target customers in difficult situations and exploit those circumstances for profit. You start off paying anywhere from 4-10 times more than the actual value of your choice of purchase. God forbid times get tough. Twice we unfortunately were 12-15 days late and their truck was at our door. Not weeks or months mind you but days!
