I had high hopes walking in to this shop but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. My intention was to to look for wedding decor only. After talking with someone who works there, she said they didn't have much for decor so she said to just look around. I wasn't planning on looking at wedding dresses as I already have a date picked to go wedding dress shopping in March with my sisters and mom. The wedding dresses are enticing to look at, so my sister and I decided to take a peek. Another woman, very unfriendly, walked up and scolded us and said that we couldn't be looking at the dresses without a consultant. We did not know this as no one had told us. She said we could look around as she was going to get us a consultant to assist us. I told her I didn't want to try on dresses today as I only had my one sister and not my whole family and that we already had a date picked. She gave me unsolicited advice and told us we had better hurry up and try dresses on soon as my wedding is in October. She was very pushy and rude. After this encounter, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, she was berating the other employee who told us to look around right in front of other employees and customers. How unprofessional. I sincerely hope she reads this and can learn from this experience and treat other customers better in the future (and other employees). I, however, will not be returning here. This is unfortunate because there's really only 2 other bridal shoppes...

I had an amazing experience here! Willow was so kind especially when I started to get bummed about my self image and body type. She worked diligently and so fast she kept bringing dress after dress after dress until we found the one. Luanne added custom husband and wifey glasses which was an unexpected beautiful heartfelt touch to add to my awesome time there today. I started to stress about exceeding my consultation time frame and was reassured by Willow that she was “going to help me as long as it takes, and don’t stress”. Another nice thing about off the rack bridal was I was absolutely NEVER asked my price range. Ever. She brought me to my size on the lower end as well as the higher end and let me choose what stood out. Boy was I wrong lol the dress I said yes to was something I’m sure I overlooked multiple times because I never thought I could pull that style off. I am so thankful Willow has an exceptional eye for her clients and is able to see what we don’t! I will definitely be back for my daughter’s prom needs and will forever recommend this place to anybody I know who gets engaged. Thank you...
