Not at all happy with my experience here. My friend needed new shoes. So being handicapped I sat down to wait. Sadly say there for over 20 minutes before any one asked if I needed any thing. Sadly over staffed and poorly trained younger people. These workers walked by me many many times before shift manager came by. Asked her to be careful with her words. Told her first thing each and every person in the door should be approached ASAP, which was never done. Also told her that her peopleshould be taught a person with a cane is a mobility issue. Mason shoes has changed. Seems to me they no longer care about the in store customers. My friend later told me later someone asked her what she needed, the staff member pointed at a shelf, and walked off not to ever return. I hope corporate sees this and rethinks store operation. Good thing I was not the floor manager several kids would have lost their jobs. Because their young is a very poor excuse for extremely poor customer service 😢 There is a gold mine of seniors out there wanting to work. We had no idea there was an event happening in downtown Chippewa the day we went for school shoes though & they made the choice to close their restrooms because of it. Shoe shopping with a 6 year old was rather difficult while holding having to pee. When we inquire the ladies at the front; one being the manager, were snarky and rude about it. Almost finding it amusing they weren't allowing people to use the restroom. As a family that spends hundreds every trip we were Beyond disappointed by the rudeness of there Workers and will no longer be supporting such lowsy customer service. Read moreI ordered shoes months ago and was told they would be in the following week then I was told they were on back order and wouldnt be in for a few weeks. They said they would call me when they came in and a month later I had not heard anything so I called and was told they were now pushed back until June 14th. I called today June 19th and was now just informed there is no shipment date and can not get the shoes. I am extremely upset with how this happened and I should have been informed that I will not be receiving my shoes.
