I made an appointment a little over 2 months in advance and told them it was a 30 birthday, first tattoo and sibling tattoo. Very special! I was told September was open, as they only book a month in advance, so I booked! 2.5 days later (mind you it was late at night on messenger...how professional!) I received a message saying they had to cancel because there was "miscommunication". For 2 MONTHS??? (and apparently our tattoos of a plain pocket watch and the numbers 523 was going to take too long)! Then, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Heck no! Not with someone who can be so unprofessional for over 2 months. Then, when I went to go pick up my deposit money, the girl at the front desk had no idea and the owner/manager wasn't even there to give a proper apology. Great service!!! I went in to get my perm refreshed and had such a great experience with my stylist, Aimee. She really listened to what I wanted, and I ended up with the exact look I was hoping for. She even showed me a new way to take care of it at home, which was super helpful.

I was also able to get an appointment for the very next day, which was awesome — super convenient!

The salon had a really nice vibe — clean, comfortable, and everyone was super friendly. Before I booked, I saw a negative review about a tattoo artist from a month ago, so I asked about it. The owner let me know they haven’t done tattoo services in over a year, and that review was fake. Just thought it was worth mentioning for anyone else who sees it.

Got a tattoo from this guy. First, It was not what I brought him. He felt the need to change it and then botched it. Worst tattoo I've ever gotten in my life. Recently had it covered up by a highly reputable shop in the area. Tried going to two other places to get it fixed or covered up and they didn't want to touch it. They all cringed when I told them who did it. Not to mention the guy is very sidetracked when he's tattooing. People coming in and out, bringing in dogs, bringing in food, bringing in kids.
