I am filing everywhere and will tell EVERYONE I can to stay away from this store! The manager here told us we would pay 220.00 a month of course we added a phone so it should’ve been 253.00 a month right? NO ! I’ve not once paid 253.00 a month my recent bill reflects a payment for equipment I paid and have a receipt for last month of 70.06 and 53.00. I am paying 428.00 this month for equipment I ALREADY paid last month! They claim this was due to a “past due amount “ last month nope I paid that too in fact I paid 763.00 (I’m rounding down obviously) last month for the equipment charges 70.06 & 53.00, 250.00 (a deductible due to a lost phone) a 180.00 past due amount and my “regular bill” 219.00! So imagine my shock at a 428.00 bill that reflects a 70.06 & a 53.00 charge in addition to my “regular bill “ of 333.00 ! On top of this issue there’s the fact I’ve never received in 8 months the credit (350.00 over 3 years promised for MY old phone) as well as the fact that when I entered this “business “ it REEKED of marijuana ! So much so I actually asked if the worker was smoking it before I came in or something it was horrible! I’m only here because I was told this store issued the phone credit therefore they have to fix it on their end . I will be contacting corporate tomorrow as well as anywhere else I can to report this store this is unacceptable and just ridiculous! I sat there in shock when the manager just said (after I had been here for 1and 1/2 HOURS btw) he couldn’t do anything and I’d just have to call customer service tomorrow, he also said that my credit wouldn’t be available until he didn’t know when but he turned it in and hopes they will honor it!?!? What the hell was not the only words that fell out of my mouth as I just got up and left ! I cussed from frustration disgust and felt violated as I left as if they had just literally accosted me and took the money straight out of my pockets! Thus place needs to be accountable for this it’s awful to feel so robbed by a supposedly reputable company!! I will not stop until I’ve told ten million people about this store and how they have and continue to take complete advantage of me and my family simply because they are big and I am small in hopes I can save anyone from being robbed like me and taken...
Read moreNegative one star. I typically do not give negative reviews for representatives due to frustrations I experience with an overall company but this is ridiculous. I ordered a phone for curbside pickup on Saturday. Ordered/paid for phone at 5:00 pm. Message stated phone would be available within 2 hours. Store hours shows closing at 7:00 pm I go to location awaiting email for pickup and notify store of my presence for pickup when I received the email. I noticed employees locking doors, in which I asked them are they closed, at 6:00 pm?I was told they were and the time on the website/app was incorrect. One employee was helpful in providing this information while the other was very dismissive. Understandably so, I know the feeling of relief at the end of a shift and ready to go home. I awaited an email the following day for the pickup of my order, which again has been paid for and in stock according to the website. Throughout this time, in processing or technical difficulties were the only messages provided by AT&T none of which were from this local store. After several calls and wasted minutes on hold I was passed around from customer service, online support, and this store via telephone. The latter was the reason for this review because to the least the other departments attempted to look up order and TRY for a resolution. A final call to AT&T resulted in me being notified the order was never available! Within the 5 days I placed my order not one single email, message, text, or call was attempted by any representative to notify the customer. I would not recommend AT&T services nor business with this...
Read moreWent to this store to take advantage of my wife's employer discount. Greeted by employee A (African American female) at the door. We told her the reason we were there. She then proceeded to consult with employee B (Caucasian American female). Employee B was able to navigate their system and returned the device to employee A. Employee A proceeded to enter the information, made a typo; so, I corrected her. We then tried to change our address since we just moved. Employee A entered our new address in the "Attention" column. I corrected her again. Employee A then put the new address in the "Street Number" column - effectively changing our address to New address Old address New City, new Zip
When I corrected employee A again, employee B stepped in to correct the issue. Considering they made so much errors, my wife asked to verify the address. Employee B hesitated and finally the manager (African American male) stepped in and showed her. The manager then told us it'll take 2 billing cycles for the change of address to be effective.
Overall, horrible customer service. Similarly, horrible systems. What kind of system takes 2 billing cycles for change of address to take effect?
I almost wanted to apologize to employee A for disrupting her movie. Obviously, she's more concern with the movie that's playing on the big screen tv than helping paying customers.
Stay away unless bad customer service and errors in your account are what...
