Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Choctaw

I would give no stars if I could this review is for the Mazzios located at Sw 74th and Penn. I had the worst experience with the customer service and delivery from this location. Last night I made an order at 6:20 knowing it was dinner time and it would be an hour wait was okay. I receive my order at 7:15. After going through it I noticed they forgot my calazone, I had the wrong orders of wings and my cheese bread was well done I proceeded to call them about the missing pizza. I spoke with DIllon who promised to get it out immediately I did not even bother to tell him about the other items because they were busy, He assured me it would be there in less than 30 minutes because I am literally 1/2 mile away. An hour goes by no pizza so I call and they are rude and hang up on me. My husband then proceeds to call and they were not even sorry for the issue, said they would not refund the money and asked for us to provide the chicken wings so they could give me another order. I was so shocked by the lack of empathy towards me and my family for their mistake. I will never go to this location again, I may never call Mazzios again. What ever happened to customer service? I understand that it is busy in the evening but that does not give anyone the right to be rude, hang up or not...

Thank you for the opportunity to let people know about this location. The older lady there with gray hair must be the manager no smiles at all and not very helpful in suggestions or offering of what may be on a specials if they have any. A few people were at the front counter with the old lady there on her phone mostly young men staring makes you feel a little uncomfortable but, I'm used to it omg. Anyways my husband proceeds to order for us we want the salad bar he says and one of the young men looks at him as and shakes his head as my husband tells the gray headed lady that in placing our order 😳 WOW! The place was dirty the floor looks like it never gets swept or mopped at close mid shift nor open smh . The window ledges inside and tables were dirty. The rest room in the lady's paper towel dispenser had some issue with giving paper towels it just ticked out paper in inches . Oh my omg . 😕😵‍💫 And I think I'll just stop there it just keeps getting better. I'm sorry I had to report this way but, it's only truthful 😞 maybe choose another location mcloud next...

I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up an app order. I sat there for nearly 10 mins, 8 to be exact, waiting patiently. There were 2 employees working and 1 (person) customer in the dining room that 1 of the employees was shooting the breeze with. I was stared at numerous times and even the dining room customer was looking over the counter at me in the drive thru. I finally honked my horn which I was trying to refrain from using together the employees attention. I was finally acknowledged with a "YEAH." I asked if I could pick up my order, which was sitting right by the window from the moment I pulled up. Needless to say that there are too many food establishments around here that I won't put up with that kind of treatment. It's just common courtesy and decent treatment is all I ask for. Very disappointing 😕

Edit: I still haven't been back to this establishment or a Mazzio's since this incident. Every time I drive by that location it is completely empty. Your customer service needs extreme...
