I started getting Instagram advertisements on my phone for these guys. And I noticed that they put out great, one of a kind, hats. As a hat collector, I was totally into their inventory and designs.

On a chance conversation with a coworker. I mentioned the place, and its somewhere he visits often. My coworker suggested I go on a Friday in order to spin a wheel for some free swag, if you spend 15 bucks.

So after months of waiting for my next Friday off work and available, I visited Billion Creation. I was not disappointed.

I'm born and raised SD. And I'm always looking for a new SD hat in a new color and in a new variation. Billion Creation had plenty. Including the serape hat I've been wanting to acquire for some time. Its beautiful.

The staff was attentive and way more enthusiastic than I'm used to, to help me look for my right hat. As my head size goes between a 7 3/4 and a 8 and its not a typical size stores carry.

The staff was more than helpful to search the back, through the rest of their inventory, to find my size.

The service was great.

As well as the prices.

Go to the mall or the Padres Store and you'll expect to pay 45 to 55 bucks for a hat.

At Billion Creation the hats on sale ranged from 20 to 25 bucks and the rest were 33 to 35 bucks.

I called the store in advance to make sure they had a specific hat I was looking for, the person on the phone cut me short by saying whatever shows online is in stock did not take the time to check what was actually available in store... I drove from Lakeside to this store, when I arrived and asked for this hat first they said they did not have it in stock but since I drove pretty far just to get there I insisted on double checking, they finally find them on size 8 lol the biggest size there is. I dont work there to know what's in stock but I did call to find out and make sure I dont make the trip in vane.. well turned out I did make a trip for nothing when if the person that answered the phone could have taken a minute just to make sure they had what I was calling for, she could have noticed the sizes and could have act just as surprised as they did when they found out they only had size 8 available all this could have happened over the phone and save me a trip.... i wouldnt recommend shopping there not because of the clothing they offer but because of the incompetence of...
