Honestly I'd rate this place 4 stars. This being the place I'd always shop at with my daughters for years. I've been a loyal customer ever since it use to be named "la pulga". Products are to my expectations and the staff there have very good customer service and are always welcoming. My reason for writing this review and rating 2 stars is because I recently had a bad experience Friday 10/14/22 evening around 6pm shortly after walking in. An employee of yours, a middle-aged women accused my daughter of stealing a product before fully checking the cameras to assure nothing was taken. She stated that she saw my daughter take something with a white top cap and claimed that the item was no longer in its place. She said that she was missing a thing or 2 and asked where my daughter put the products. My daughter was shopping around for eyeliner and lashes. she stated my daughter was taking more than just the so call product with a white cap. She pulled my daughter aside away from me and her sisters to confront her and asked respectfully to return what she put in her pocket. She claimed she saw her take something. What the employee didn't know is that as my daughter walked in she applied her chapstick as she walked in and through the store, before putting it in her pocket she had just asked a young employee for help looking for a eyeliner. This is when she put her chapstick in her pocket to make sure the product from the store was the only thing in her hand. The lady shouldn't have accused not only my daughter but anyone without checking the cameras for proof (she waited to check the cameras til after confrontation this being very unprofessional). And know this we always do grab OURSELVES and did have a basket almost $50 worth of products. minutes after we went to pay still they stalled at the cashier still looking at the security tape to find something. I found this to be so embarrassing and I felt uncomfortable. Uncomfortable as i and my daughters experience the employees hovering us as we shopped throughout and yet to be accused of shop lifting. I hope this review helps the store managers realize this situation and act on it. In result you guys should train your employees better when it comes to accusations...

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a store before. As soon as I started browsing I noticed an employee was closely following me, and NOT in a friendly, helpful way. She followed me into every aisle and I even caught her looking over other aisles to watch what I was doing. At one point she tried sneaking up on me and when she noticed me looking at her she immediately turned around and started walking away. But then a few minutes later I caught her trying to sneak up on me again! If you have a problem with theft maybe find a better way to go about prevention loss because making customers feel so uncomfortable to the point they want to immediately leave cannot be good for business. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and unfortunately I will not be...

This place deserves zero stars. One of these girls in the picture below has no phone etiquette and provides no help whatsoever. I highly recommend you find another store to shop at. Very unprofessional and no respect for others. I was asking a question over the phone the lady just hung up the phone! I call back , no answer, I come into the store I asked one of the workers who is scared to give out her name, who answered the phone? She replied I don’t know, we have other workers here. Then I asked what’s the owners name? She doesn’t want to give that out, okay. So owner if you’re reading this message , I encourage you to have a serious talk with your staff!
