I bought 5 t-shirts the were in my opinion mis sized. I've lost a lot of weight. The t shirt I had on was a 1x which was clearly to big which is why I went there in the first place for smaller size. The ones I bought were 1x but they looked smaller than the one I had on , they were to small. I went to return them, the guy told me they don't refund or exchange until I pointed out what was clearly stated on the receipt. He refused to exchange or refund the shirts because I washed them before trying them on which I do with all clothing I purchase for health reasons. I was asked, not politely to go across the parking lot to talk with the manager. He also refused to refund or exchange the shirts simply because they were washed first. He was rude as the other guy, they assumed I wore them, washed them and tried to return them. Not the case. Needless to say I have 5 t shirts I cannot wear, so I'll end up giving them away. 12.98 is what I paid. My bank account is stacked. Money was not the issue. I just wanted shirts I could wear. I Was there today looking for some shoes, dickies brand , I asked for customer service, a guy came I asked for dickies work boots, his answer was, in a very high tone " do you see any dickies shoes here? Then we don't have them " . I Was surprised by the answer and the tone . I turn around and walked away saying " never mind, thanks for nothing" then I told my sister with this type of service they probably don't sell many. The guy Overheardme and started saying in a higher tone that they didn't have dickies brand. I respond in the same tone " Fine, I don't care anymore. I walked out of the store, then some other guy started yeling in spanish that they dindn't have them. I didn't want any trouble, I drove away. Very bad costumer service. I was on offer up and I saw a post for a free SD belt buckle. Well course my initials are SD so I was dying to get this. I didn't know it'd be a store and the person I talk to is really friendly. They even told me when I got to the store who I need to ask for to get the belt buckle.
