Immediately when we walked in we were promptly seated and asked what drinks we would like and also gave us wantons with sweet and sour sauce as an appetizer. They gave us a moment to look at the menu afterwards, so we can decide on what to eat. After a several minutes and when she noticed we were ready she came back and took our order. The customer service here is quick and the people are polite although we did have to ask for a refill on our drinks.

The food here is of good quality and a nice portion to boot. It is not the best Chinese food but it is pretty yummy. if you are looking for something fancier don't expect to pay the price you'd pay here or get the same portion size either. The food was about $30 and we had enough left overs for another meal.

This is the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've ever been to! The workers are so incredibly nice and kind. Our server was very attentive and checked-in on us several times for water and more. The food portions are big and the prices are decent too. The flavor is great! Those who said this place doesn't serve flavorful food are way over their head. They couldn't be more wrong! You have to try this food for yourself and see what I am talking about, this place serves yummy Chinese food! The salt and pepper chicken wings are huge and DELICIOUS! The house noodles are a MUST! We’ve been to Panda Imperial a handful of times now and it’s really good. I’m not big on Chinese food, but when I do eat it, this is our spot. The salted-pepper chicken wings are good, as well as their house noodles and some other chicken dishes. The service is amazing: we order online and it’s ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes. The food is always fresh and hot. The staff is nice and best of all, this place is clean and tidy. I really appreciate when a restaurant and their staff go above and beyond to maintain health and safety guidelines. You can tell immediately upon entry how clean and immaculate the facility is. I did take off one star because the menu prices have increased significantly. I understand everyone is suffering from inflation but two entrees cost me...
