07 Dec 2024 we waited 30 minutes to receive our food, my food was delivered to the table next to my table, the guy next to me was holding a dog, the waiter Sit the food down the dog, sniff the food, and the customer figured out that It wasnât what they ordered. The waiter grab the food, and proceeded to delivered to my table after the dog sniffed the food. I seen it up close with my own eyes. I told the waiter. He took the food to replace it, came out no less than 30 seconds with the same plate of food and try to give it to me again,. of course I complain, and they said no problem. They would take it and give me a new order. We waited a few more minutes a different waiter came out with the exact same plate, food cold as ice, and tried to say it was freshly cooked.. we got up and left and I told the manager and the manager said the food was freshly cooked. She watched it with her own eyes, but when the waitress touch the food, she said that she was truly sorry the food was cold as ice. Totally unsanitary to allow a customer to have a dog in their arms at the table sniffing food. I was in the military for 30 years. I understand the right to have a service dog if necessary sitting on the floor next to you. The three waiters lied and the manager lied. I donât trust this establishment anymore and guess what I was there since day one at the grand opening. Terrible unsanitary.,,,,,,, I lost all trust and faith for the broken yolk restaurant in Eastlake...
Read moreThis is our second time visiting this location. The first visit was amazing, as was the second. There can be a bit of a wait for bigger parties, but since it's just been two of us the wait time was almost nonexistent. Food: Fiesta burrito and French Toast with Nutella. These are amazing. Their burrito is covered with green sauce that is delicious and not really spicy so almost anyone can enjoy it. The portion for it is also huge. Neither of us can finish one, so we usually share or take it home. The French toast is a serving of three slices, but again a very large portion. These are rather large slices. You can upgrade to get a serving of eggs and either bacon or sausage with them, if you want. These are good, and typical French toast flavor. I wouldn't say exceptional, but they are good. We usually request Nutella and they come with strawberry topping on the side. Of the two options, the burrito is by far the better choice for flavor.
Service is wonderful. Both times our servers were attentive, nice, and a bit funny. They are busy, so you may wait a bit for a water or coffee refill, but it's very clear the staff is bustling and you do not feel ignored at all. They do try to suggest up sells, but are not pushy with them.
The location is a bit crowded, but not overly so. You don't feel cramped or anything, but there's a lot of tables and other patrons. The table size is also a little small for the size of the plates they bring. It can feel...
Read moreI really wanted to give the place 5 stars but 4 for customer servos they were very polite and attentive. I ordered the eggs Florentine, my dad got the crispy French toast and their version of the Denver omelette. First off I want to say I liked the broccoli that I added instead of hasbrowns as a side. It was tender and not overly cooked/steamed tasted delicious in the hollandaise sauce đ. The Benedict itself was luke warm when given to me. Was good not amazing was my first time trying it. The French toast and omelets my dad got was either too sweet or too salty I even tested it for myself. The French toast starts out sweet and has that artificial tasting straw Berry taste to it then after I get a very salty corn flake after taste which was not my cup of tea. For the onollete my dad said he thinks they used those sandwich ham slices from the storeband was all around too salty. Webalso tried the blueberry muffin and I compared it to souplantation muffins. Again way to sweet and had a artificial bluebrry taste even though there were actual blueberries baked inside. Come to find out 35g if sugar in one muffin so that explains it lol. Overall I think I would go here again but perhaps ask for reccomendations from...
