Sure enough the next day it was ready and it looked amazing! The resized, fixed it, and had it sparkling better than when it was even first purchased. Once I got home I realized one of the tiny diamonds on the band was missing. Stopped back in the next day and explained that I didn't examine it before dropping it off. It could have fallen out when it got bent or possible fallen out during the repair. Immediately I was told don't worry about we will make it right. This is the best jewelry, I took my ring to make it one size and half smaller, he advised me that some time during summer time the mags get a little swallowed and to be sure about the needed size.
