Jamba — Restaurant in Chula Vista

This is by far my favorite Jamba store in SOCAL ❣️❣️❣️ Avery and his team are the best and are always super nice and on point!! I went in 2 nights ago as they were closing and Ashley was such a doll and made me my favorite large white gummi smoothie eventho she could've very well told me to "kick rocks, it's quittin' time!!" But she did not which I super appreciate bc without this I wouldn't have been able to eat due to my migraine, but these smoothies and bowls always fix EVERYTHING for me so I truly rely on them. But not only was Ashley more than willing to make it for me, she was so kind and genuinely super friendly which I can't thank you enough!!! Two days ago my son and decide to get a quick breakfast before taking him to school. We decide to get some Jamba! We walk in the store and one customer is completing her order. The cash register person moves away from the register and tells me he will be w me in a moment. No biggie, "a moment " to me means a minute or so. He makes my son and I wait for 8 minutes. During that time he placed a few items in the oven and went towards the back of the store. A delivery man arrived and jamba worker decided to attend to him first!!! so I asked if he will take much longer. He said I will I had to wait another 20 seconds. He made me wait another minute. The first time I went to this one I was not happy with the runny smoothie I got and was hesitant to go back, I waited a few months And thought I would try again and once again not happy with my smoothie. I said I would never go back to this location. Over a year later I went back because the one close to my house was closed and my son is sick and wanted a smoothie. NEVER AGAIN!!
