We started our order around 5:30pm, and the whole experience was awful. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sandwich with no lettuce, no tomatoes, and light mayo, but still received the wrong sandwich. When my family member asked about fixing the fries, the manager refused to redo them, which was very disappointing.
It then took over an hour and a half to finally get our food. The store was disorganized, one employee was handling lettuce and tomatoes without gloves, and the trash hadn’t been taken out. To make things worse, a customer had their children sitting on the counter where food is served, and staff did nothing about it.
On top of everything, I spent around $20 on this meal, and I thought it was extremely disrespectful that my order wasn’t corrected. It also took 30 minutes just to reach a manager on the phone to get a refund processed.
