Poke Bros. — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

It is rare for me to rate a place 1 star but here we go:

I love Poke Bros. I don't usually come to this particular location, but unfortunately my experience wasn't very pleasant so I don't plan on returning here. The employee that served me didn't have a great attitude, which isn't a problem but when she was putting very small portions of everything and I asked for extra sauce or vegetables, she would just look at me and then barely add any more. Now, I've ordered the exact same thing at a different Poke Bros location many, many times. So, I don't know how she rang up the order, but it was almost 30% more than normal. It's not a problem if that's the actual price, but I suspect I was over-charged.

Edit: one year later I was in the area today and ended up returning to this location (I actually forgot that this was the Poke Bros location we consistently had bad experiences when we used to come here). After my terrible experience tonight, I came here to write a review for this location and, unsurprisingly, saw that I had already written the review (above) one year ago. Unfortunately their service and quality has only gotten worse. Made me drop from 2-stars to 1-star. Smh Would not recommend whatsoever. Actually, I actively dissuade anyone from coming here. 😳😳WOW!!!! 😳😳😳 What a great little spot!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I’ve been going to a restaurant right next door to them and never thought to check them out until tonight while I was waiting for my foods. It was SUPER clean inside, SMELLED so fresh with great AROMAS and the staff was AWESOME!!! They have everything you need that WILL make any bowl DELICIOUS from white rice, brown rice, noodles, vegetables, fruits and, most definitely, seafood and fish too 😳🤗🥰!!!

I was, totally, AMAZED by what I saw, smelled and couldn’t wait to get home to tell my husband about this cool spot for our next take-out and/or dine-in meal 😳🤫🤗🥰🥰🤣🤣🤣!!!

The customers were friendly, volunteered to tell me how much they LOVE IT and RECOMMENDED 😳🤫🥰🤣 that I get some. There was a customer in there for his very first time, ordered his foods, enjoyed the smells and atmosphere so much that he decided to dine-in alone instead of take-out 🤗🥰!!! He was ENJOYING and LOVING his foods when I was leaving.

This was my first time at this location but I have been to other Poké Bro’s locations. The food area was very clean and organized. The ingredients themselves had good taste. The two stars are mainly from the service I received. I came in on Sunday after church and needed some lunch. The person taking my order wasn’t very enthusiastic and wasn’t welcoming. I understand Sunday’s can be slow but I could’ve at least been greeted. When I ordered asked if I could order an extra protein since I had got the marinated tuna and also wanted an extra serving of the spicy salmon. She assumed I wanted more of the tuna - that was my fault when I should’ve clearly asked for extra salmon. But the lady picked out the tuna and put it back into its container. This was a little alarming because it was already in my bowl. The other thing is the portions I received seemed to look like half portions even when i asked for extra. I also paid extra for these additions as well as some additional toppings that cost extra. I was just disappointed because I could’ve went anywhere else but wanted to give this location a try.
