Whether you're eating here with friends, family, or by yourself, this place is for you. Great burgers, with great fries, and even the peanuts are good. The customer service is excellent, as well as the people in the place, everyone is so friendly.
The burgers are very thick and meaty, but sometimes messy, because the burgers fall apart easily. Not the meat itself, but the sandwich. The burger can occasionally shift itself out of the sandwich, especially with ketchup and mustard on it.
They give you a LOT of fries in the bag. This isn't some McDonalds situation where you only get 2 or 3 fries that fell out of the fry box, nope, you get more then enough fries to fill your fry cup back up and THEN some.
Fries are cooked in peanut oil to make them healthier, and somewhat tastier.
Also, Five Guys toppings are all free, excluding the bacon, and they're all delicious, every single ingredient is fresh and tasty.
Peanuts are free and can be eaten while you're waiting.
I can't speak on the sandwiches and hot dogs, because I've never tried them, but from what I hear, they're good too.
As for drinks, there is the automated touch-screen drink machine that pours out ice and whatever drink you want.
There is two one-person only bathrooms for male and female.
They serve you your food in a brown paper bag. Fries are served in cups of different sizes, and burgers are served in foil.
Food usually takes 8-10 minutes to get done.
Not even mentioning that this place is in a good location. You can go get a burger from Five Guys, go next door for a Smoothie, and then go over to the Gamestop to pick up a game, and finally pick up a sub from the also excellent Jersey Mike's to eat later on. You just can't lose.
Only downside is that this Five Guys doesn't serve milkshakes anymore, which is a shame, because Five Guys has EXCELLENT milkshakes.

Read moreWorst customer service experience ever! I went here last night with my family and it was the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant! We traveled with a 10 month baby and were asked to leave the restaurant due to complaining about their customer service! Prior to coming into the restaurant we were on hold for nine minutes and which no one ever came back to the phone! When we arrived to the restaurant, the male manager was very unprofessional, he had an attitude, and he did not want to compensate us for the bad customer service or not having someone answer the phone! The manager messed my order up! I ask for items that he did not provide me with my original order! As I was preparing to pay for the other cheeseburger he started yelling at the other employees in the back of the restaurant making it seem like he wanted no one to take my order! The manager advised one of his employees to come over to our table and kick us out of the restaurant and threatened that he would call the police! The restaurant closed at 10 PM, it was 10:03 PM the employee that tried to kick us out yelled from the register “just an FYI we close at 10”. No one responded, he didn’t went on to say “ yes hurry up and get the hell out of here“. I personally would not advise anyone to eat here! Read moreI went to this store to pick up a mobile order and the “manager” was standing there at the counter for pick up and was texting on her phone, then proceeded to look at me 5 different times and not say a single word to me then went over to the fry machine and just stood there and I had to literally say something to her as I’m looking at my bag sitting on top of the machine waiting for my fries to get made because they’re not made until you arrive doesn’t say a damn word to me so I had to say something to her because she’s now ignoring a customer waiting to pick up their food which is highly disrespectful. It’s horrible customer service and she needs to be demoted or terminated. You do not treat customers that way I don’t care what you’re doing, you at least greet the person and say I’ll be right with you whatever it is You don’t sit there and text on your phone while you have a Customer standing there and then move literally slower than molasses and then when I say something doesn’t say a single word. Not one word was spoken out of her mouth. I worked in food service for 20 years and I am a manager and I would never in a million years treat a customer so disrespectfully.
