It was the fourth of July so I will cut then some slack. The food was made well and served appropriately. As for the food itself, I could tell the fries were made fresh as they were still piping hot and were crunchy. The curly fries were not as hot or fresh but the crunch was still satisfying and they weren't stale. The burgers were fine, still warm and all, with everything neatly packaged. The chicken strips and nuggets were good too. Typical fast food quality. However, there was a slight issue with service. Like I said, it was the fourth of July and my order was large, but I waited three minutes at least before an employee showed up at the window. That seemed especially strange because cars were quickly lining up behind us and there didn't seem to be anyone taking their orders. In addition, I do understand that $100 bills are not always accepted at fast food establishments, but the server told us she didn't have change (just slightly over $50) only to then turn around and hand us the change. If you go here at night, DO NOT use the mobile app. I went here one night to pick up an online order. There was a person there but he didn't say a word over the intercom, not even to tell people the store was closed. I parked in the parking lot to try to figure out how to refund my online order and saw a bunch of other cars go through and wait while the guy working there just ignored them all. Eventually I saw him get in his car and leave, left all the lights on indicating the drive thu was open too.
If you don't have enough people to stay open at night, just close the store. You stole my money because you were unwilling to just turn off the online orders when you didn't have enough workers to make food.

I go here well I used to go here almost every morning in order typically around the same three things the previous staff who were here about a month ago and before you know they kind of got used to it with the new changes however I just felt completely disconnected and a few times they were rude because they messed up my order and like I said I get the same thing almost every day and I select from an option of one two three so because one day they messed up my order I haven't had too much of a pleasant experience since then.
