As a long time customer I compelled to comment on my disappointment relating to a couple of areas I have experienced in the past couple of months. You have always been my "go to" destination for cut flowers which I purchase frequently. Lately, several bunches have been bruised and tired looking and it is sometimes not obvious through the cellophane wrap in spite of its' transparency. Today, I could not use the "stock" I purchased and looked very carefully to find a bunch of "sunflowers" that did not carry significant bruising. I realize it is silly to have unrealistic expectations relating to handling and transport but this seems to me to be a new pattern. I have also experience problems with the "shelf life" of packages of lemons as an example. I really like the store and am sorry to bring this to attention but have begun to feel like I must start questioning the "turn-a-round" quality of "fresh" choices.
