They are completely renovating the whole shopping center, which is much needed! But unfortunately, there really are just WAYY too many empty spaces these days.. Between Silver Dragon moving their location and then COVID taking out the Alterations lady, the Barber Shop.. the Subway was gone before everything else, but still! And even the Check Cashing Place- all but very few places still are there at all : Mr Liquor is on the Madison side at the end with the Laundromat across the small parking lot, and down the same side right off Madison, at the "Main Entrance" is Little Caesars.. RITE AID has become literally the only store on the entire row after Tuesday Morning relocated over by Sam's Club in Citrus Heights so now it's just empty between RITEAID all the way to JoAnn's since it moved to the far end where Benihana used to be. It makes me sad in the parking now lol, it's just all so empty.. hopefully they get businesses into these places they're knocking down and building back up.. I just really don't want...

It always seems mostly empty. There are definitely well established stores and restaurants here, but many spaces are empty and have been for a long time. The rent must be astronomical. Sadly the ghost town effect takes away from the overall experience: it feels a little run down, on the verge of closure. I go for very specific stores, as do other patrons as the parking will show: crowded around the most popular stores and restaurants, empty everywhere else. It's not necessarily dirty or unpleasant, just not inviting. Empty storefronts give a depressed feel. The property manager would be wise to cut rent to fill spaces in order to revitalize the shopping center. It could definitely use a juice bar, espresso bar,...

The Reuben sandwiches are absolutely delicious but if you want the marble bread you have to ask for it. I used to enjoy eating inside the restaurant. However, on two occasions I did tip the jar but noticed that one of the employees who is of Indian culture has a tendency to take the tips. She is rude and treats her other employees with no respect. She always does this whenever I visit. I no longer tip or eat inside. I feel bad for other employees but the owners wife is very nice! And hopefully with her there. No more tips.
