POOR QUALITY CONTROL AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We bought a Possini Euro Chandlier, a table fountain, 2 Casa delta fans. The chandlier has has 15 LED lights, so we bought the 15 LED lightbulbs as well. The LED lights are supposed to last for several years we were told. The salesperson was nice enough to put the LEDs in the chandlier for us. But as soon as we got it home, almost every week we had 1 or 2 bulbs go off. Since it was covered for a year by warranty we went back. Such a waste of time! Then the fountain pump would not work, we were told to bring it back to the store so now another trip to the store. They told us that when the replacement fountain arrived someone from the store would call us. We waited for about a month and called back. The salesperson said that an email should have been sent out but obviously wasn't. They said they could not ship it to the home since we had returned it to the store. Ok - they are the ones who asked us to return it to the store in the 1st place. So again we go back to the store to pick it up. Fans-out of the 2 fans, 1 was obviously was not checked by quality control and we got 2 female wire parts for 1 male/ 1 female. The salesperson again suggested that it was the light part and to bring that part to the store. We were told the part would arrive in 2 days - they would expedite the order. The part arrived 5 days later. I also asked the salesperson to have the store manager call me to followup on the issue. No one from the store ever called. When the part arrived, we discovered it was the same thing as the original. When we returned to the store with it, the manager non-chalantly explained that it was the fan end wires that were incorrect not the light fixture wires. So again they asked us the entire fan-which we took 2 hours to install, back to the store. It has been about 2 months now and we have been back to the store with 1 problem or another atleast 5 times. Read moreI bought 2 chandeliers from Lamps Plus in Citrus Heights on June 23, 2015. I also purchased from the the installation for the 2 chandeliers and 1 other that I wanted hung. They charged me $390.00 and said they would arrive at my home within the hour. I waited 3 hours and had to leave-my husband stayed behind. There is a simple formula for hanging distance in relation to dining room and kitchen tables, as well as the entry way! It's simple and can be done by googling in 5 seconds. Anyway the installer was told to do it "by normal specifications" by by husband who is not a light installer. They proceeded to leave a 7 inch chain, leaving the lamp at the top of the ceiling. 48 inches from the dining room table where it should be hung 30-36 inches from the table. I immediately called them and told them this was unacceptable! The assistant manager asked me what I wanted done. I told him, "hang the lights the correct distance from the tables, they look ridiculous"! I called for the next two days as well as the installer that is hired by lamps plus. Noone has returned my calls! The job was done poorly and they have done nothing to rectify the situation! Poor, poor customer service. Meanwhile, I have 2 lights that are supposed to be hanging chandeliers hung up on the top of the ceiling. It looks ridiculous and like an unprofessional buffoon placed them there!
