Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Food was amazing! However the customer service was terrible. After recieving my food, a man was just standing behind the counter and i wanted to ask if they had some chopsticks as there where none out in the front. I politely called him and he gave me a disgusted look as if i insulted him. So i waved nicely and apologised. I went over to another man standing around behind the counter and asked politely if they had chopsticks. Once again, i was given a dirty look and he instead handed me a plastic plate and waved me on as if to say "leave". I was a loyal customer for years, have eaten there at least 30 times, I always get the extra chicken (double meat) for $2.29. We get home and my wife's regular chicken was the same as my extra chicken, I checked the receipt and was charged for extra, at my next visit I made who I think is the owner, the guy that's been working there from the very start, aware of the mistake, and told me I would need to pay extra this time also, he didn't even want to look at my receipt from the previous week. I canceled my order, I hope the $2.29 was worth losing a good return...

Honestly, the reviews here speak for themselves. Sarku Japan makes delicious food, while being very quick and courteous every time I order. My partner and I never get sick of their specialty, the Chicken Teriyaki dish with white rice and steamed vegetables, and we prefer it over many other fast food restaurants; Sarku Japan's food also never leaves us feeling underwhelmed or ill after eating it, which speaks very well to the cooks.
