I couldn't ask for better customer service I will start from the beginning I was screwed over by islander and strong spa picked up the slack sold me a better spa better price more jets I couldn't be happier Arthur and the team were awesome i had a couple of bumps trying to balance the water they were willing to come to my house. it was amazing how they made me feel so reassured I was only 2 months out for an installation date and the installation team was great as well I was amazed they hooked it up we talked like they were just part of the family outstanding I recently had a little defect on the cover the manager Jeremy was on top of it I am on the list to receive a new cover and when the repair team came out they put in my wifi module no questions asked and reconnected my bluetooth this company overall was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing negative to say keep up the good work all of you I stop in the showroom just to talk to everyone they know my wife...
Read moreI would like to thank the customer service/ technical support team and especially my technician, Liam Obrien. He came out when it 20 degrees and windy to replace my power pack. His attitude was extremely wonderful, despite the cold weather and got my hot tub power back working. I pre ious purchased my hot tub last March, and it’s been so far a wonderful experience with the tub and customer service.
