THE BEST business experience I have had in many, many years! The owner has worked there since he was 10 years old helping his father out, he is now passing that knowledge to his son who works with him. Mr. Speno and his son accommodated us more than I could've hoped or dreamed of.

Talk about knowledge of his craft,! He KNOWS GUITARS, electric or acoustic like no other I have ever met!!!

His inventory is EXCELLENT, and he worked out such great deals for my two sons, who were purchasing their first electric guitars.

Mr. Speno spent valuable quality one-on-one time showing each of us the various styles of guitars, pickups, the luthiers style of build, the craftsmanship that went into said guitar and why. He showed us how to restring various styles of electric guitars and he even invited us to have our first restringing done in the shop WITH HIM HELPING US FOR FREE!!!

Not enough space to tell you that this was WELL WORTH the two hour drive to see him and his son!!!

We are customers for life!!! THIS IS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE! They made us feel like family and treated us even better. Thank you Spenos!!!

Been coming here since 1977. My brother George has been a customer even before me. I've worked with all 4 generations. All wonderful people. Been there with all sorts of issues that were taken care of promptly. School start and end along with holiday time things can take longer. Some customers are too impatient to wait. That's their loss.Have bought 90% of my gear from Speno Music.The remaining gear was bought elsewhere only because they didn't stock it. Some were great purchases others not but if I had a problem with this "other gear" Mike and his staff always helped me to the best of their ability. Fantastic. Have we always seen eye to eye about stuff ? Mostly Yes ! Only minor differences that never effected their great service. Great prices and courteous service is what I've always received from them. Maybe had to wait a little bit for service but it was always well worth it. Mike , Sue , Dawn and Nick have treated me and my family with courtesy and respect. Very disapointed. Dropped off my son's trumpet for repair. It was a bit of a rush job as he had a school concert in one week. Was very happy when he said he could have it repaired by Saturday, only 4 days away! Stopped by Saturday afternoon and it wasn't done. He told me he had a lot going on and didn't get to it yet. He told me he would have if done Tuesday morning. I reminded him that I needed it for concert and wanted to make sure it would be done. He flipped out and yelled at me, exploded and said he was busy with ither things. He said it would be done by Tuesday, that he was 4th generation and had been in business for 80 years. I said I understand, I just want to make sure it will be done in time, and reminded him that he originally told me it would be done on Saturday, but he missed it. He told me to take the trumpet, he wasn't going to fix it. Leaves me in a bind and likely with very disapointed 8 year old.
