as a long-term loyal customer of the store( and I don't just purchase socks). I was highly disappointed at the level of customer service received and my customer experience overall!!! The staff did not go the "extra mile" after the sale and provide the support, hospitality, courtesty, friendliness and care of a local store. I felt like I was being spoken to in a condescending manner. They were dismissive and seemed like they couldn't be bothered I did not feel like a valued customer. Nothing like it was in the old days when my ninety-year-old father would shop there! I remember the sales staff would spend an hour or two with my dad just fitting him for boots. No wonder people shop...

Purchased 2 packages of xxxl t shirts. Shirts after getting home were an off brand low quality. I tried on one shirt and realized it was xl at best.Tried to return shirts for proper size while wearing xxxl Hanes t shirt. I explained to owner my issue she said no returns you opened the package. Other than fight I said sell me something that fits then, she replied Those are only ones I have left. Liberty store should close now not stay open trying to sell out the rest of their Low quality left overs. I left the shirts with her No refund maybe she can give them to small built person in...
